Location and Directions to the One World Festival
The festival takes place at High Lea Park which is off St Mary’s Road in New Mills.
If arriving by bus, get off at the bus station walk back towards Marple for 30 yds and then turn right and walk up St Mary’s road on the right which is opposite the station road on the left
If arriving by train, there are two stations:
· New Mills Central – Get off the train and walk up the steep hill, at the main road St Mary’s Road is opposite.
· New Mills Newtown – Leave the station, turn right and walk down the hill to the traffic lights, turn left and walk up Union Road to the mini roundabout, turn left and St Mary’s Road is 2nd on the right.
If arriving by car, parking can be difficult and you may need to park some way from the festival.
